CANCELLATION POLICY

Notice Period: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 business hours' notice for any changes or cancellations to their scheduled session.

Example: For example, if your appointment is scheduled for a Monday, any changes or cancellations must be made no later than the Thursday prior to your appointment time to avoid incurring a fee.

Late Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within the 48-business hour window will incur a late cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the full session fee.

Cancellations made within the 24-hour window prior to the appointment will incur a late cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the full session fee.

Rationale: We appreciate your understanding of this policy. Late cancellations disrupt our schedule, prevent other clients from accessing therapy, and result in incurred room rental fees. Multiple cancellations can significantly impact our income and ability to serve our clients effectively.

Reminder Service: You will receive a reminder text from the room booking service 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please note that this reminder is not a prompt to cancel but rather a helpful notification to ensure you remember your session.

Health and Safety Policy: For the safety of all clients and therapists at Melbourne Integrated Therapies, if you are unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please do not attend in-person sessions. Instead, contact your practitioner to reschedule for a telehealth appointment. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe environment for everyone.
